I'm a passionate champion of
Scottish produce yet I despair every time I read another report on
how we have the worst diet in Europe and the worst incidence of
coronary heart disease. So when the Scottish parliament came along I

cuisine espagnole est très différente de la cuisine

cuisine dite méditerranéenne (à cause du fameux

surtout sur l'huile d'olive comme corps gras principal, les légumes

Tout
ceci étant riche en acides gras mono et polyinsaturés
(l'huile d'olive), en antioxydants (dans les fruits et les légumes:
vitamine C, carotènes et vitamine E dans l'huile etc..), les
populations du pourtour dela Méditerranée ont moins de
maladies cardio-vasculaires et de cancers que les populations du nord
de l'Europe.
D'où la mode très
envahissante de cette cuisine.
Mais bien
sûr, il y a aussi des viandes et des volailles dans la cuisine
méditerranéenne.

(stimulateur cardiaque) liés à la présence et
l'utilisation sur un buffet devant le consommateur de plaques à
induction ? La garantie donnée par le fabricant au
restaurateur que les plaques à induction répondent aux
critères de conformité suffisent pour exonérer
le restaurateur d'une quelconque responsabilité ? Le risque
a-t-il été quantifié pour cet usage ? Et qu'en
est-il des cuisinières domestiques utilisées par un
porteur de pacemaker ?
Faut-il suppimer ces plaques à
induction des buffets ?
