Décryptage
d'un phénomène saisonnier qui frappe les maraîchers
suisses. En
raison de conditions climatiques particulières,
les stocks de salades sont
trop importants pour être
écoulés. Les maraîchers suisses ont trop
de
salades ! Certains producteurs sont obligés de
broyer des dizaines de
milliers de pièces qui
commencent à monter. La surproduction est due à
la
météo qui a chamboulé lŽétalement
habituel des récoltes. En quoi la météo
a-t-elle
piégé les maraîchers ? La situation est-elle
pareille dans tout le
pays ? Les maraîchers ont-ils une
part de responsabilité dans ce phénomène
?
Combien de salades vont être détruites ? Le
consommateur ne pourrait-il pas
profiter de cette
surproduction ? Y a-t-il surproduction avec dŽautres
légumes
