Anti-vieillissement, anti-cancer, dopant du système
immunitaire… Parmi tous
les antioxydants dont on ne cesse
de louer les bienfaits, c'est peut-être
celui auquel on
attribue le plus de vertus. Une mode originaire des
Etats-Unis où
une vaste étude a été réalisée
avec la collaboration de plus
de 35'000 personnes. Les conclusions
sont attendues en 2013, mais l'effet de
mode s'est d'ores et déjà
propagé dans le monde entier. Attention toutefois

ne pas en abuser, trop de sélénium peut être
